I hold an Integrated Master\u2019s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), which I completed between September 2018 and July 2023. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in optical communication systems, which led me toward the field of wireless body area networks.<\/p>

Since September 2023, I have been pursuing a Ph.D. at \u00c9cole Centrale M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e as part of a Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) project OWIN6G, where my research focuses on optical WBANs. My current work involves designing, modeling, and optimizing optical wireless communication systems for patient monitoring applications, with an emphasis on MAC layer solutions for improved energy consumption, while achieving a certain level of communication reliability.<\/p>
